All Kinky Wellness purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other personal preferences.

Physical Products
Physical products, including items from the Stay Kinky Collection, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you, subject to availability.
If the same item is unavailable, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

All digital products are final sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

Because digital products provide access to content that cannot be physically returned, refunds and exchanges are not offered after purchase.

Incorrect or Missing Physical Items
If you receive the wrong physical product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at info@kinkywellness.com as soon as possible with your order number and details about the issue.
We will review the order and work with you to correct any verified fulfillment error.
